  • 2. Cut out the collection cards

    Use scissors to cut the collection cards along the dashed lines. Once cut, the cards are ready for sample collection.

  • 3. Collect the samples

  • 4. Fill out the application form

    Please write all information clearly.

  • 5. Send the samples to the laboratory

    Place the application form and samples in an envelope and send by registered mail to the following address:

  • 6. Complete the payment

    Once we receive your samples, we will send an invoice to your email. We will start the analysis as soon as your payment is confirmed.

  • 7. Receive your results

    Certificates with test results are sent via email within 7 business days of receiving payment.
