4. Fill out the application form
5. Send the samples to the laboratory

How it works...
By purchasing a subscription package, you receive a set number of examinations that can be used either all at once or by sending samples gradually (we track your package and deduct each examination as it is used).
The package is non-transferable and may only be used by the person to whom it is registered.
The subscription package does not expire and has no time limit.
